Here’s what our very FIRST beautiful guests had to say about their stay at Shed 85……………………….

We originally made a booking with another property on Stayz, but turned up on the WRONG weekend by mistake ours, before being referred to Shed 85 through the local tourism board.

And what a treat to arrive. We drove up a tree-lined driveway to the stunning hillside property, piled out of our cars, and our whole family instantly bonded with theirs. Check. We were ushered into the family home, offered a drink, and seated before a cosy fire while our rooms were being prepared. Nice.

The accommodation was fantastic. Decor was eclectic, romantic and fun; everything was boxfresh. Great BBQ area, great little place to cook and many goodies set out for us in the pantry by the owners. Three bedrooms, ample, lovely and private.

Edwina was an impeccable hostess and provided all of the tiny details that makes a stay memorable. Fresh eggs from the chickens, reservations for dinners out, a bonfire for the kids – it goes on and on. Absolute country charm.

Perfect setting. Walks, wildlife, Kodak moments around every corner. My favourite time was the mornings, when the grass was dewy and mist was beginning to lift off. Beautiful. Dad found a wombat skull on one of our walks, which he now has on his mantle in New York.

Can’t say enough – we loved it and will be back.
